Volunteer Award
Euromaidan SOS 2017
Congratulations to our founder, project coordinator, and dedicated volunteer, Yulia Levchuk! On November 30th, the Euromaidan SOS Volunteer Award 2017 ceremony was held at the "Ukrainian House." This has become a traditional recognition of volunteers.
For the fourth consecutive year, Euromaidan SOS honored people whose stories inspire others and serve as examples of compassion, action, and strength. This year, 108 individuals from across Ukraine, as well as volunteers from other countries who have made significant contributions to our nation, were nominated for the Volunteer Award.
Yulia was recognized for her ongoing volunteer work and support for sick children since 2007, for children with disabilities from the non-government-controlled areas of Luhansk and Donetsk, and for her crucial support to the army in 2014/2015.
