Children's Day

Desnyansky Rehabilitation Center 

 On May 29, 2015, we made our first trip as volunteers from the Charity Foundation "Unity of the Community" in preparation for "Children's Day," which is celebrated on June 1. We visited the Desnyansky Rehabilitation Center in Kyiv, where severely ill children with disabilities, including those with cerebral palsy, central nervous system disorders, Down syndrome, and autism, receive rehabilitation.

   Due to the ongoing military actions in Eastern Ukraine, the center also accepts sick and underprivileged children from Luhansk and Donetsk regions, providing medical, psychological, and material assistance.
   Thanks to your generous material and financial support, the children received WONDERFUL GIFTS!!! We also provided two previously purchased medical devices for speech therapy sessions with these children.

    We are extremely GRATEFUL for your support and for bringing JOY to the children!!! TOGETHER – WE ARE STRONG!
